Learning Management
We create learning experiences that are aligned with our client’s strategic objectives and competency development requirements in alignment with global best practices. Our Action Learning approach and complementary post-training coaching/hand-holding sessions remain a unique attribute that continues to endear us to all the clients that we have partnered with in developing their employees.
Over the years we have facilitated high-impact training programmes and retreats through job grades (from Entry Level to C-Suite) across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. Our training programmes are designed to teach people the behaviors they should display to achieve the results they want. As a result, we go beyond simply instructing our participants, to actually creating high-energy group discussions, video simulations and case studies. These we do in combination with a host of other tools and techniques to create a multi-cerebral learning experience that appeals to the learning styles of different participants in the room.
We provide training intervention in three ways:
♥ Client-Site training, in which we work with our clients to design specific solution to company-wide knowledge/skill problems. These programmes are custom-designed to match the needs of clients and take place at our client’s site with the client bearing full responsibility for the accommodation and feeding of the participants.
♥ On-Site training, where our firm works with our clients to design specific solution to company-wide knowledge/skill problems but the delivery takes place at our facility.
♥ Open programmes, where participants are invited from different organizations, and we provide opportunity for them to network and exchange idea. These programmes are scheduled monthly for the entire year.
♥ Online learning, where we partner with our clients to develop blended e-learning solutions customized to their proprietary needs, using the best instructional design methodologies.
